Low Calorie Smoothies

Ingredients (5 Flavors of Smoothies)

Strawberry smoothie

1 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blueberry smoothie

1 cup frozen blueberries1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Banana smoothie

1 large frozen banana1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk1 cup ice1/4 cup sugar-free hot chocolate mix

Coffee smoothie

1 large frozen banana2 tablespoons brewed coffee or espresso1/2 cup ice1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Green smoothie

1 large frozen banana1/2 cup baby spinach1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

In a high-speed blender, add your frozen fruit, milk, and optional ingredients and blend until smooth.Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

I used unsweetened almond milk as it is the lowest in calories of all the milk options out there. Any milk can be used.

For a thicker smoother, add some ice.
